1. Services Overview

STORPWR is a California State Licensed Contractor (CSLB #1127639) providing residential solar panel and battery storage installation services. Our website provides information about our services and allows prospective customers to request assessments and contact our team.

Information presented on this website, including pricing indications, savings estimates, and system specifications, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. All installation services are governed by a separate Home Improvement Contract (HIC) executed between STORPWR and the homeowner.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and submitting information, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, are a legal resident of the United States, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are submitting information on behalf of a property owner, you represent that you have authorization to do so.

You understand that inaccurate information may affect the quality of our assessment and service recommendations.

Submitting a form constitutes a request for information and/or a site assessment. It does not create a contractual obligation to purchase any services.

While your installation contract is directly with STORPWR, we are not responsible for the actions, representations, or conduct of independent dealer partners or their sales representatives outside the scope of your contract with us.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@storpwr.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
