Who we are, and what these terms cover

These terms cover storpwr.com and the text messages we send. By using the site, submitting our form, or opting in to SMS, you agree to them. If we end up designing and installing a system for you, that work is governed by the written contract you sign — where these terms and that contract disagree, the contract wins.

StorPWR Energy Systems is a business name of Nanofy of California LLC, a California limited liability company, CSLB license #1127639. Our office is at 9912 Business Park Dr, Suite 140, Sacramento, CA 95827.

“We,” “us,” and “our” mean StorPWR. “You” means the person using this site or talking to us.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to SMS from StorPWR, we may text you about your inquiry, follow-ups, scheduling, appointment reminders, and requested services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in

The usual way: the SMS checkbox on our assessment form. It is optional and unchecked by default, and the form submits fine without it — you just get your answer by phone or email instead.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop; you may receive a single reply confirming you are opted out. You can also call (916) 415-8048 or email info@storpwr.com and say so — we will honor it either way.

How we handle your phone number and everything else you give us is in our Privacy Policy — the short version is that we don’t sell it and we don’t pass it around.

Using this site

The site exists so homeowners can see how we work and ask us for a free assessment. Use it like a person: don’t attack or overload it, don’t probe it for holes, don’t scrape it wholesale, and don’t submit forms with someone else’s information or for anything unlawful.

We work to keep the site up, but we don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may change or take down any part of it at any time.

Estimates, quotes, and the actual work

Savings, runtime, and sizing figures on this site are estimates to help you think, not promises — they vary by home, usage, rates, and weather. Incentive and tax programs change, and nothing on this site is tax or legal advice.

A real number is the written quote an engineer prepares from your actual usage, and real work happens under the written home improvement contract California requires — with its own terms, protections, and cancellation rights. That contract, not this page, governs an installation.

Other companies’ services

Our scheduler, financing partners, the CSLB license lookup, and Tesla’s sites are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control them, and when you leave storpwr.com these terms stop applying.

Our content and trademarks

The text, design, photography, and film on this site belong to us or our licensors. Read it, link to it, print it for the kitchen table — just don’t republish it as your own or use it commercially without asking.

Tesla and Powerwall are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. StorPWR is an independent Tesla-certified installer; we are not Tesla, and Tesla did not write this site.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and our messages are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent California law allows, we disclaim warranties about the site itself, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the site or our messages.

Two honest boundaries on that paragraph: it does not limit anything California law says cannot be limited, and it does not touch the rights and warranties in a signed installation contract — including the 10-year workmanship warranty, which lives there, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law, and disputes about them belong to the state and federal courts in Sacramento County, California. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site — or staying opted in to texts — after a change means the updated terms apply to you.
