What does a system cost?
It depends on your usage, panel, and goals — which is exactly why we quote from your real data, not a price sheet. You own the system outright (we don’t do leases), and flexible financing is available. The free assessment gives you a fixed price with no obligation.
Does solar still make sense under NEM 3.0?
Yes — paired with storage. NEM 3.0 pays roughly 75% less for exported power, so the winning design stores your solar and spends it during expensive evening hours. Solar-only systems no longer pencil the way they used to; solar-plus-Powerwall does.
Will it really run my whole home?
Whole-home backup is our standard design — including central AC and well pumps with proper sizing. One Powerwall delivers 11.5 kW continuous; larger homes stack two or more. Your assessment tells you exactly what your panel needs.
How long does it all take?
Install day is one day — usually done before dinner. End-to-end, from signed contract through utility Permission to Operate, plan on 4–8 weeks. Permitting is the slow part, and we handle all of it.
What rebates or incentives are left in 2026?
Honestly: the federal 25D tax credit ended December 31, 2025, and California’s general-market SGIP budget is exhausted. What remains: SMUD’s My Energy Optimizer Partner+ program, the income-qualified AB 209 RSSE program (currently waitlisted), and strong financing. We track every program and bake current ones into your quote — and we won’t sell you on incentives that no longer exist.
